BOARDING

Our board, for pleasure and show horses, is $700.00 per month.  For Race horses it is $24.00 per day.

The following services and amenities are included and are at no extra charge:

·        All stalls are 12'x12’ level and matted, for comfort and protection.

·       Two wash stalls. Three tack rooms; heated office and facilities.

·       24 hour supervision by owner and surveillance cameras. 

·        Individual turn-out; every horse is turned out by themselves to reduce the chance of injury.  

·        An automated fly system in the barns, and fly predators in the fields to make your horses turn-out experience as annoyance-free as possible, plus all horses are fly sprayed before turn-out. 

·        Fans on every stall in hot weather.  

·        Warm drinking water in winter to induce water intake.  

·        Hand walking, bandaging, and blanket changing based on the temperature.  

·        An 80' X 160" indoor riding arena with professional footing; groomed daily.  

·        Outdoor riding arena - 96' X 152', groomed daily. 

·        In June 2006, we installed fire detection and reporting system especially designed and tailored to our facility. Not only will we be immediately alerted anywhere on the property if there is a fire, but we will also be directly connected to the fire department for their immediate response.  

·        Strict adherence to all veterinary and trainer instructions.  

·        Adequate parking for all size vans and trailers. 

·        Trails accessible from property for hours of riding.  

·        These amenities are at no extra charge to our clients; we continue to strive to give your horses the best care possible.
